Comments:
Tough getting up this morning. Legs took even longer to wake up. Sluggish and stiff throughout. It wasnt cold at all and the sun was coming up because of Daylights Savings.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Didnt feel much better after stretching and rolling. ITs feel like logs. Got to make sure I walk around a little more today. Also I think eating dinner out so much isnt helping but I got to grind through.
