Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got out there today right before sunset. I thought it was chilly, but a lot of other people were out running and wearing t-shirts. Ran down Triangle then through campus, did a little loop in the parking lot then came up Sylvan and O-Hill, back through Wildwood and High St. Solid loop, feeling it on the hills though, those were more brutal than they should have been. Legs feeling kinda heavy today, maybe from not going yesterday. When I finished up, felt refreshed though and ready for another grind.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Legs feeling way better now. Not particularly strong, just much looser. Shoutout to CWRU XC for a nice showing at Regionals yesterday, and to the mens team and Maddie for qualifying to Nats! It was exactly 6 years ago when we found out we made it. Crazy to think, I can still picture it, real defining moment of senior year... Congrats its not easy, we fought my entire career at Case to make it back and it was worth it.
