Easy run before the TT

Comments:
Needed a study break this afternoon so I went for a run and lift at Veale. Not a bad run. My calves felt tight still but nothing to worry about. I'm ready for tomorrow. We'll see what I've got in this. It'll be a good check for what is to come in track. Nice and easy from North side up around the lower lake and back with a stop at Veale to lift. Overall nice run. Saw verious members of the girls team while I was running.
