Comments:
Ran with James Barker, Rod, and Amos. Beautiful run to do when the sun is setting. Enjoyed it a lot. Will probably do something a bit shorter tomorrow. I'm so happy to be gearing up again and doing actual runs--the routine of it really makes everything else feel a lot better.

Strength: planks, pll, clams, single-leg bridges, superpeople, heal-toe walks.
