Comments:
Tough getting up this morning. It was windy, some snow in the air. First snow I have seen this year. Honestly it was great to get out in the fresh air and get moving. Felt stiff though. Legs like rocks and shoes felt like cardboard. Kept moving into the wind getting blasted. Glad I bundled up.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Solid stretch when I got back thats what I needed. Legs feeling tight and I havent done much past few days to help that.
