Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lifted/circuits in AM, then ran at noon. Felt better today with the new shoes, but STILL tired. Ran down River Rd, around the HS, then did the West loop (Lorane/Gowdyville). Stopped once to WALK, just because I felt TIRED. Eek.
Picked it back up again and rolled back into town on Main. Did a little out/back to survey form. LOOKS pretty good, but certainly doesn't feel so hot.
Tried out some t-band leg exercises, but I didn't really like them. :| I DID discover they had a hip machine at Better Bodies, so I think I'll use that. Wish Anytime had one...
