Weather: Relatively cool and not too humid
Comments:
We just cruised along. I'm fairly certain that we went longer than 10 because of some of our mile splits from the GPS watch, one was 6:36, but 10 is a safe bet. This makes 4 days in a row that I have felt really good. I'm glad after the previous couple of weeks of feeling beat up from my hard runs. I said it yesterday, and I'll say it again. Woo!
