Comments:
Completely an accident. Ran with Max at 7 this morning and he said he knew how to do a Park. He did not. So, I took the navigation reigns and made up a loop that incorporated Argyle road, Haverford road, a bit of Sem, and the end of the bus loop. It was actually not bad, but a lot of side walks so not good for large groups. Maybe I'll try it again next time I run on my own. For now, I'm home and looking forward to the Spike Classic and running around here this week! My goal is to hit 50 miles or so this week and then up to 60 next week.
