More shopping today I was tired before heading out it wasnt tooo cold. Got the hills in headed straight up to the rec way. First part was absent of snow, second part was pretty slushy so I had to fight through that. Coming down hill was fine took it easy got back right before it was too dark out.

Essentials: Stretch

Solid stretch when I got back feeling tight after the last few runs and not running yesterday. Mostly in my hips and such. Got good range of motion in the snow today. Dont think I will need it for the turkey trot since I bet the snow will be gone by then.
