Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First time in a while I got to sleep in on a Wednesday and skip the AM run. Fit in some mileage early afternoon. Thought it was going to be colder than it was (thats coming soon) but still wanted to keep the pace up. Worked the hills, they felt a little easier than last week. Ran up footbridge all along Stewart, then down Gun Hill and came back on Tioga and Albany. Stop lights broke up my rhythm downtown. Still a nice shake out before the Turkey Trot.
Essentials: Stretch
Tried to stretch out a bunch. Legs and hips feeling real sore and tight. Dont have my roller that would help a lot. Got some lateral action yesterday so I might be feeling the effects of that.
