Comments:
Getting back into the grind. Didnt get a great night of sleep feel the head cold but I have so much work to do so I am just getting into it. Went for a quick refresh run after it got dark. Apparently it was pretty dark, saw a fender bender on Triangle, so I added on a little bit around the high school. Felt surprisingly good today. The temp was nice, not too cold.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Man, ITs tight when I got back had to roll them out. Feeling a little more refreshed, but kinda sore actually. Solid run though just what I needed today.
