Comments:
I warmed up with 5 mins on the treadmill before heading out on my first run in over 6 weeks. The feeling was extraordinary. I missed the running motion the most during my 3 weeks of being shut down from physical exercise. I can now return to the thing that I love the most, though slowly and cautiously, playing my cards right to get back to where I was before the injury. Now is the time to be smart, patient, and focused.
