Comments:
Slept in today, taking a breather from the AM runs. That really got me through this year though, some serious dedication and it paid off. Today was a little more laid back just getting my mind set for the defense. Brought my running stuff in and hit it up. Felt pretty good it was real dark out but I know this route so well just went with it. Didnt come around as fast on the way into the gym.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Gym was crowded today had to go down to the second level. Felt pretty tight so I worked out what I could in my legs. Rolling definitely helped cause ITs are tight. Last few days off took a toll. I think there was a basketball game going on cause there was a ton of foot traffic on the way back to the parking lot.
