Weather: hot and sunny
Comments:
After warming up to the school, I did my tempo run on the track. My left shin felt tender before todays run but not too bad at all. It felt shaky after I cooled down though. The tempo run itself was good. I started out easy and worked my way down as the run progressed. Splits were: 2:43, 2:42, 2:42, 2:41, 2:39, 3:39, 3:38, 2:38, 2:38, 2:37, 2:34. Despite feeling dehydrated at times, I felt like the progression of the run was great.
