PRE/Fairmount grind workout with CA

Work at home day. Got some stuff done, including my resignation letter for track.

Even though the ankle has been more sore, it for some reason felt WAY better this AM (after I worked on the lateral shins a ton yesterday), so I ran in support of CA today.

Ran around noon from the office, to PREs then back via Fairmount. The grind wasn't as easy, but we maintained solid sub-7 pace on soft bark and winding terrain for 5 miles...til she got bad gut rot from some cold meds! I had to peel off and finish on my own, after she had to deuce.

Good massage from a BNI colleague in the PM.

Not too sore in the ankle in the PM, but not great, either.
