BNI meeting, then two clients, then home to pack up. We got in the car by 1PM, which wasn't great. Didn't get to Joseph until 9PM, but it could've been worse. Traffic was snarled in PDX.
Solid drive.
I remember a year ago, I was actually in a gut-adrenal fatigue crater then: "sick", extremely poor energy...
Even with this cold -- my first one in YEARS -- it's better than last year!
