coach told me to ease back into things very slowly. so today i got to run 4 laps around the feel. then i'm supposed to take tomorrow off and do 8 laps the other direction on wednesday. better than cross training or doing nothing so i'm not complaining.

stretch, ibis, hip stuff. pushups.

after doing some lunges my hamstrings tightened up really bad and they're still really sore now. idk why exactly but we'll see how that goes.
