Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Drifting through today. I tried to practice but kept stumbling and going slow. Came home regrouped then hit the streets. Felt swift, agile, quick, good. Just getting in some simple miles. Finished fast. It wasnt too cold out today but it felt good to get back inside.
Essentials: Stretch
OK stretch, legs feeling worked from the pace. Kinda want this week to be over, but also feel like I should appreciate this time, this hard work. Feel like I am kicking it into the finish, eyes closed rather uncontrollably just putting it all out there trying to get to the line. When you put it all out there on the course thats the way to finish.
