Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept in a lot today. Stayed out late, one last night on the town at Hangar and High Horse. It didnt feel the same though... Later in the day there was supposed to be rain rolling in and I kept an eye on it. Decided I could get a run in right before sunset. It was nice cruzing weather. Got a little lost down in the hood before getting onto the trail. On the way back up on Rail Trail went real easy, legs starting to feel heavy. Cut off for one last look at the meadow and at Fort Hill. Real nice views I always enjoyed getting out and heading up there. Will miss that for sure. Came back also nice and easy, didnt feel as fresh as yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Knees still kinda tight, had to roll those out and they are sore walking around. Minimal mileage lately but knowing I can go do a long run is nice. Look for some consistency where I can in the next few transition weeks. The goal is to make up a plan once I am settled in and get to more running.
