Nasty trail run

Comments:
I felt nasty. Rod felt nasty. Decided not to go long and did trails short and at easy pace. Was super muddy and puddly and gross.

Strength: pushups, double leg bridge... gotta step this up when I get home. 100 pushups a day is becoming routine though and I'm experimenting with different set routines. Today I did 40 and then 3x20.
