Comments:
Got a ride to Cass park then ran home on the riverfront trail. Feeling slow, low energy today. A shame since it was in the 60s and sunny today. Felt like a spring day even though its technically the first day of winter today. I started to take it easy when I got into Fall Creek cause I was feeling so tired. Once I got downtown picked it up a little as I had to stop at stoplights. Maybe its because I slept in and didnt eat at good intervals.
Essentials: Stretch
Chill stretch, calves are sore and rest of body is sore actually. Good to get something in though, feel more refreshed.
