Up early to go to Inshape, to get it done.

Felt OK. Calves were tight from skiing. Working hard on medial arch engagement, though that makes it sore.

Busy day: 8 clients, and coaching!

PM yoga, then UROY voting, which is always a pain in the ass. Hunters helped out at T&G.
