Treadmill (20:10) at UWRF + weights

December 20, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Walk

Comments:
Slept in a bit, then went to UWRF to their new fitness center. $10 drop in isn't bad.

Did the usual:
* 20 min treadmill hike at 15% (3.5-3.8mph)
* 10 min run

REALLY working on medial arch engagement. Learned-was reminded of something from Dan tonight: that peroneal muscles help keep the foot "pronated" (avoid too much lateral loading)! Makes sense of a lot of problems.

Had a solid lift after that, including box jumps (it's interesting how much abdominal DOMS I get from these!)

After that:
* home, cleaned and packed up
* drove EAST:
1. to Eau Claire, to hang out with Adam Condit at his new running shoe shop!
2. to Stevens Point, to have "first meal" at 3:30 with Steve (good chat)
3. to Green Bay to meet up with Dan

FUN night with Dan. Arguably too much beer (3.5???) and too late, but good hang out time. Crashed on his couch in De Pere
