Comments:
5x1K, 4x200m. Was planning on doing 6x1K but felt the lactate spike during the fifth rep. Recovery was 200m jog + 2 minutes standing rest at the line. Splits were 2:59, 2:59, 3:00, 2:59, 3:00. Definitely felt tired but in control.

Full recovery and added on 200s with spikes. Ran 29, 30, 30, 30. They hurt just as much as the Ks
