Weather: 18F, flurries
Comments:
Kept on all my warm clothes, so I wound up running in:
* two pants (tights and thin sweats)
* sweatshirt
* light puffy!
Thankfully it was only two miles, so I really didn't get hot.
Felt...pretty dang good! REALLY focused on whole foot (medial arch). This IS the thing I need to do (outside the general pelvis-trunk posture stuff).
Energy was solid. Ankles were solid. Slightly sore but not bad!
Longest run outside since the very end of November.
Rest of the day: Weird but "relaxed:
* went to Hoyt Lakes to see Monnnnty's new bank branch, then hung out
* went to his house and hung out with his family
* tried to go to my (only) favorite restaurant in Virigina with Megan, but it was already closed!
* went back to my uncles, for another family fest.
FASTED from 9PM last night til nearly 7 today! Pretty easy!! Broke it with a Surly beer. :-)
