December 23, 2018 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 22? Dark but warmer
Comments:
Last night got weird, where it actually got warmer at night and stayed that way. I woke up before my alarm at 6 and decided to get in a couple miles before we drove home.
I was worried my ankles would be stiff and painful (there were, a bit, last night), but they were fine, so I went for it!
Ran in the dark, in fresh snow, on the highway drive. I was a little nervous, but it was so early (and Sunday) that I saw only two cars the whole time (and none oncoming).
Ran easy out, then picked it up - effortlessly - on the way back.

Ankles were OUTSTANDING. Like barely any soreness. SO GREAT.
I've had "old man ankles" and crazy-ridiculous-embarassingly stiff starts to my runs for so long. To NOT have that was huge.
Rest of the day:
* quick showered, then my mom picked me up and we drove home
* to the store to get food stuffs
* family time: Will and Steve-Eva came over before noon, then the Harts (-Nate) by 1ish
* hung out and opened presents before dinner
* ate around 4:45
* watched the Bears win! :-)
