Comments:
Was feeling sick yesterday so I didn't run. Was going to be my long day. As Late Night said, sometimes you have to build in your own down weeks. That's what I'm doing this week I guess because today I didn't want to push it too hard since I'm still not at 100%. It's disappointing because I was looking forward to the long run and another solid week of mileage. But this will allow me to recover better and get back at it fully next week.
