Campus loop + a half-mile barefoot!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Saw six consecutive patients(!), then went for a "short" run with CA, another 4-miler+.

Ran the standard campus loop, then had the audacity to do 4 laps of barefoot. It's a paradox, but the barefoot will (eventually) take away my foot pain, even if it makes it slightly worse, now. Ran only 4 laps (under a half mile), then kept going.

Rest of the day: packing for Yachats!

Got to the rental, just up the river, around 6ish. AWESOME place. Then went to the brewpub for a beer.

Fun night! Here for FOUR nights, which is awesome. We're hoping to have a quality time: lots of sleep, good food, RUNNING, napping, and some "work" to wrap up '18 and bring in '19.
