Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lots of errands today. Got a lot done. New shoes, back to the Ghost. Its been a few iterations, they are now up to the 11. Went down half a size too but they fit snug. No more Launch available. Felt smooth first run out. Legs were a little more depleted compared to yesterday. Quad still pretty swollen and I was itchy the entire time. Looped to the track and noticed it was all locked up, they close it after 4 now. Ran back down Linn and by police station.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched where I could, still tough with the swelling and tenderness. Feeling flexible. Use the new shoes, new year to get rolling again. I dont feel like I am in stellar shape. I have time to plan in runs now so I must take advantage of that.
