Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Didn't sleep well last night: too many beers, too late.
Good strength session, then good morning of 4 patients, but got pretty tired out. Rest of the day:
* got ski boots remolded, so I didn't have time to run
* one afternoon patient
* "feldenkrais" (massage/manual therapy) appt. GOOD session: PAINFUL but effective work on my ankles!
* grocery store, then home, then BIG clean/organize
* dinner with Brent at the house with CA. Probably going to coach him for Bighorn 100.
Solid day, but I wish I'd run. Ankles were tender, though!
