Inshape: walk 18: run 7; weights

Exercise Type: Walk

Comments:
Slept in a fair amount, then did work in the AM before going to Inshape before the game. Wasn't horribly sore in the legs, but the heels were damn stiff (but not as bad as they've been, historically, this past year).

Walking and running wasn't too bad. But the legs were too sore for leg strengh, so I just did arm and core work.

PM:
* cleaned up, dug out my old Walter Payton jersey and headed to Highlands for the Bears game.

DEVASTATING loss. One of the toughest losses to stomach in my lifetime as a Bears fan. This team was so fun to watch, and to watch it go down like that. Just sucked. The coach in me hopes that these guys are that much more hungry for 2019 season. I think they're truly special.
