Home from Cass Park

Comments:
Ran home from Cass Park right at sunset. It was getting dark but I held my pace well. I actually felt pretty good, much better than yesterday obviously, and I could really open up my stride. On the way back went over the train tracks and came back straight down Cayuga. Added on a little more than usual.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch, swelling is calming down. On steroids now to quell the lingering hives. I hope that finishes off everything. Have not been sleeping well waking up and itching in the middle of the night. At least the upped mileage keeps me on track.
