I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have survived this workout on my own. Fortunately Veronica dragged me through it.
I'm in one of those sluggish stages that seem to pop up. I'm convinced training through them makes you a stronger person, but while in them they aren't much fun. They tend to only last a few days though, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel :)
Fartleks: 6x 3m hard 2m easy -> 3x 1m hard 1m easy. I'm guessing on how far we ran.
Ohh...I can use the Fartlek option for the first time!
