Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First day. It will take a while to get everything in order. I just need to stay on top of my game and keep making moves. It's gonna be good if I make the most of it. Getting used to the commuter life took a while to get back to BNL in the afternoon. I got right out for a solid ran went from the apartments to the beam did a big loop then came back. Running at the lab is great. Not a whole lot of variety but it's open and you can cover some distance. I will have to try and run here as much as I can. Started to slowdown near the end I was getting hungry.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch feel flexible. Solid since I haven't run the past few days. I could have rolled too but I don't have my roller.
