Comments:
Ran to Turtle Park with Lauren, Lucia, Leah, and Caroline and somehow got slightly lost on the way despite it being a very common run and a mile from school. I'm just telling myself that the snow confused us? Did drills there and had a slight snowball fight that Anthony started and then jogged over to AU. On the track I paced Caroline in an 800 along with Lauren and Lucia and then did a hard 400 with a bigger group which was slightly terrifying when we started sliding because ice had formed in just a few minutes. Fun to do a bit of sprinting, but boy am I out of workout shape! I was breathing hard for 5 minutes afterwards. Then jogged back with Lauren and Lucia. Really enjoyed this run, and I felt so much better after it than before it!
