Crappy run: stiff but came around

Comments:
Ran with CA at lunch time. We did our usual, starting down the concrete path a half mile, but my ankles felt like SHIT, so I asked that we turn back and stay on the bark. We did, then did 3 laps. Felt pretty sluggish, which, I guess, is understandable for the weekend we had.

PM: solid yoga class, and beer with Mike and Brooke. Then spent a TON of time finishing our baseboards: sanding, polyurethane coating...and had to eat out, since the boards had to dry out in the house!
