Comments:
Nasty weather last night turned into rain all day. I got out a little bit for some errands and finally got to running after sunset. Moon was out and really bright though so that was cool. Just the short little loop again. I was feeling real tired coming back like last time, but I forced myself to pick it up and kick it in. It was tough but it felt good.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt get to stretching too much. I want my roller. Hip is feeling better and I feel much more limber. Run was smooth today solid week keeping up the mileage in 2019.
