Weather: hard rain, COLD -- so basically as shitty as it can get in the daylight
Comments:
Weird day. I think the spicy thai we ate last night fucked with my gut...and my mood.
Slept in, but then I was just in an awful mood all day. Crappy day, too:
* worked on coaching for a long ass time in the AM...into the PM
* had to go to work to do more coaching and stride analysis stuff
* finally ran at like 3PM
Ran from the office with CA. So soft and sloppy, as it's been raining straight since Thursday.
Ankles were...in rough shape. The soft bark tightened the calves, majorly, which did a number on the ankles. Lefty came around but righty hurt the whole time. Sucked.
Post-run: reluctant, tired lift, then home...to work on coaching 'til like 9:30!
Long, weird day. Either the beer (like 32oz, half of which was on an empty stomach) or the mega-spiced food had a potent effect on me! Sucked.
