Weather: indoor track at UVM
Comments:
2 set of 5x(400,200). 30 seconds rest between the 400 and 200m. Two minute recovery between intervals + 200m jog.
Felt good! Workout was definitely hard but I managed to run faster than I expected. Unfortunately the club running team was also utilizing the track so I had to swing wide on most of my reps. I think I'd likely cut off 1-2 seconds on some of the reps if I had been given lane 1 the entire time. Regardless, T'was a good work.
