Comments:
Ran repeat 800's in the halls at school while Norah was at dance. It was really cold out. Ran a mile warm-up, then 6 x 800 with 2:00 jog recovery. My times were.... 3:10, 3:05, 3:04, 3:01, 2:47, 2:41. Easy cool down. Felt good.
