Comments:
Fartlek. Felt tired. Haven't been sleeping well these past two days. Did 15x(1'/1'). The on was 4:55-5:15 pace depending on the condition of the roads. The off was 5:50-6:20 pace. Legs were heavy, especially on the hills. NEED SLEEP
