Comments:
Ran 5 miles on the indoor track at Roberts. Did a mile warm-up, 3 x 800 and then a 2 mile cool down with some jogging in between. My 800's were about 2:47, 2:50, 2:45. Felt decent. Outside was crazy snow and wind chill of -20 degrees.
