Indoor practice. Decided to bike since as fun as the tours looked, I thought my shins would be better off without them. Did 36 mins (2*chai, Lauren has really gotten in my head), then came up and did 1.5 loops of strength with the groups doing it, and then Anthony let me do a bit of handoff practice with Leah, Jenna, and Lucia which was very fun, though I messed up a lot. Oops. :)
