Up early for a AM run. Been a while felt like after yesterday I wanted to fit it in because I got to prepare for beamtime tonight. It was tough felt rickety at first but got going and felt much better on the way back. It was kinda cold and foggy but cold tell it was warming up fast, like yesterday. I dig this weather, 50s with a little moisture in the air. I could swing with the morning runs again this spring. They suck in the winter...

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch, ankles and calves feeling tight and stiff on the run but thats because I just got up and went.
