Not-Sedgwick Hill

Comments:
People were at AU today so we went to Springdale hill (right next to Sedgwick). Ran there quite fast. Disappointed that we couldn't go to AU because I was in the mood for a workout, but just really wasn't feeling hills. We were supposed to run hard up Springdale, on the flat, and down a bit of Sedgwick and then cool down the rest of the way. Ran one hill with mist (Leah, Caroline, and Eli) and then switched up to rain (Lucia, Camilla, Sophie, Amanda) and did 2 more with them. They felt really hard. My legs were okay, but I just felt like I wasn't getting enough air (I usually have the opposite problem) which was unpleasant. It was hard to hate them too much though because it was soooooo gorgeous outside! After our hills we did one sprint down the street (probably not quite 200 meters) and almost got run over. Ran back with Leah, Lucia, and Lauren.
