Hung out outside while people warmed up because I had to bike today and I don't like to go down too early because then I finish and am alone for a long time until everyone gets back. When I thought everyone was getting ready to go out for runs, I went down to the weight room and biked for 40 very boring minutes. Came back up expecting people to be back soon AND...they hadn't even left yet. Apparently they'd been doing arm swinging drills for quite a while. Ended up driving around with Anthony to point at people during their runs which was fun too.
