Comments:
30mins of numerous hurdle and running drills.

2x6x30m - Running at 800m jog turn around rec 2mins between sets

30min run with the group, aimed to run @ 7min per mile but ran faster and ended up running at 6.30. Felt quite tired, double day wednesday took it out of me.
