North Shore Access

Stayed a little later today and got back when it was dark. Weather was much better today, a little windy though. Being buried in the data analysis gives me a headache, not used to it since I was writing. I really wanted a run to decompress. I didnt want to get lost again so I took my phone with me, which I dont like to do but I had to. Ran around the route I planned on Monday and found it, so thats locked in. Then I wandered north trying to find the beach. I got to the access point at the North Shore Club but it was locked up for the winter. I could hear the waves and see the lights from Connecticut. Very cool its so weird to think how close the beach is. Ran back on my own, starting to get a feel for it. Felt ok today, regular for a shake out. Kinda sore going up and down the hills, which were slippery in spots.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch, hips still kinda sore. Just got to run more to work it out, and put in the solid effort when I am out there.
