Comments:
Got up early today and got in a run around noon time. Weather was amazing, sun out blue skys a little chilly. Short were fine. Made my way down to 25 the correct way and decided to check out the path. Its really really nice. Sandy/silty, kinda slushy from the rain and snow this week. I went west toward Sound Beach. There are several road crossings. Made it to North Country Rd then turned back. Thats a little over 2 miles and there were many more miles to go. Held a good pace felt real smooth and comfortable today. Wanted to try to hit six so I added on a little bit once I got back up the hill. Worked the hills real well today. You can see all the way across the sound from the top of Fern.

Essentials: Stretch

Felt great when I returned. Didnt quite hit 6 like I planned. Did some stretching but also just sat around for a bit. Legs are tired but I feel refreshed after a solid run. I wouldnt go out there in the late dark, but its a solid running spot with lots of room to fit in the miles.
