Comments:
Ran with Clint and we were going to do 4x1600.We started on the osu track and ran 5:00 for a mile. It felt really easy and thought it would be an awesome workout. Then the soccer team kicked us off so we had to go finish on the the bowl nearby. Ran 3:35, 3:35, 3:31, 1:36. We took tree minutes between each one. It was a tough workout.
